Well, we can difinitively say that we are stressed. We are mostly stressed because this whole house buying process seems to have been invented by a malicious 2 year old bent on causeing as much mayhem and pain as possible. Seriously though, why does the bank need to wait to do all the loan stuff until after the house is under contract? Can't they just get all the paperwork done as far as the approval go and then throw in the amount once the house is found? I have come to believe that perdition is just an eternal loan application process that is seemingly going to work out and then stalls, and then gets moving again, and then your loan officer goes on vacation. Anyway, aside from the home loan stuff, we are doing well. The boys are alive and kickin... harder than ever. Jonas continues to baffle us with his genius. Yesterday we went to the doctor and on the way Jonas said, "we are going to see Dr. Nielsen". That's not that impressive you say to yourself, but how about the fact that we never told him the name of our doctor, nor had he been there in months. Another funny thing worthy of blog notation is that a few days ago Chelsea was at a fellow child rearing woman's house and she was bragging about how smart her 4 year old was. "He can count to 10 and he knows most of the alphabet and he is even beginning to know the sounds!" Chelsea, not wanting to diminish the achievements of her friend's child, just smiled and said how fantastic that is. She refrained from telling the lady that Jonas knew the alphabet before he was 2, can basically count to 100, an can spell tons of words. In fact, as soon as they left the ladies house she said, "Hey Jonas, can you count to 20?" He replied by counting to 20 in less than 7 seconds... which by my estimation is a record. He truly is a special kid. Cooper is just a bundle of joy. He is so cute pretty much all the time.

Here is great one of him being happy in the carseat. He is a great baby. Here is a great video of him in smiling action(to be added soon!). Basically he wakes up and does this everynight at about midnight. It is cute but COME ON KID... IT'S SO LATE! Jonas found my old helmet from the mission and immediately threw it on. He insisted on riding his tricycle immediately.

Today, Chelsea took the boys to the "B Y-zeum", which in non-Jonas talk, is the Bean museum at BYU.

This is them in front of the awesomely huge elephants.

This one is Jonas making his angry face by the ducks. I fear that I trained him to be so aggressive with the ducks. We feed the ducks often and we always finish by chasing the ducks around flapping our arms and "angry" quacking. It is fun... you should try.

Here is a random picture of cuteness.

This is one of Cooper wrestling with a killer whale. Cooper, of course, was the winner. After the Museum Chels and the boys went to the fountain on BYU campus and cooled their tots. I see lots of people cooling their tots in that fountain... undoubtedly adding to the billions of bacteria... I always thought that public fountains were nature's immunity shot.

Anyway, here is a good one of the boys.

This is one of Jonas playing by the mini-waterfall. What a day! Anyway, we are still waiting to hear back about Cooper and the loan on the house. We will let you know when we get some closure to those things.
